Services: Refunds for services are not provided. However, if you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a complimentary adjustment session if appropriate.
Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable but may be transferred to another recipient.
Packages and Memberships: Unused portions of prepaid packages or memberships may be refunded upon request, minus any used sessions calculated at the regular session rate.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
